My story isn’t that different from many of you. In the middle of my life, I realized that what got me here no longer serves me. I got divorced after 15 years.

I am now a single mom of two teens. I’m searching for a job role that fulfills me. And after enduring the roller coaster created by dating apps, I found a secure, loving relationship that calms my nervous system for the first time in my life.

It took me over a year to process the trauma, repressed feelings I’d stuffed down, how I was actually contributing to my own negative cycles, to discover who I really am, and to begin building a life that fulfills me and makes me truly happy.

I founded Rebel Living to help people and organizations break free from perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the disconnection that comes from performing instead of living authentically.

Many of us were taught to live carefully curated lives—presenting a polished version of ourselves to the world while struggling behind the scenes. But life isn’t meant to be survival mode.

Rebel Living exists to inspire fearless change and bold transformation, empowering individuals and companies to show up as their authentic, unapologetic selves.
